1/ Wondery Acquires Kelce Brothers’ Podcast in $100 Million Deal

According to Variety, the Amazon-owned podcast network Wondery has acquired the ‘New Heights’ podcast, hosted by Travis and Jason Kelce, in a $100M deal. The deal gives Amazon exclusive ad-sales and distribution rights to the popular sports talk show.

Amazon is betting big on podcasts after acquiring Wondery for $300M in 2020. In July, the company secured exclusive rights to actor Dax Shepard’s podcast, ‘Armchair Expert,’ in an $80M deal. Link
